Bakkie OP is NTA. But I wonder what the real estate listing said. Nice neighborhood, quiet cul-de- sac. Family friendly. What were the relationships with the prior owner/tenant?
  • 18
Rough Tension_2735 OP The previous owners were the neighborhood grandparents. A little old couple in their 80' who decided to move into assisted living. Im not sure who handled it but i do know they outsourced

sapotts61 Didn't "They" check out the neighborhood before buying/renting that house? Because all those motorcycles would of been obvious.
  • 20
Rough Tension_2735 OP They usually have them parked right in front of their garages. We have a network of cameras to keep an eye on all of our houses and driveways after a ton of break ins in our town last year.

NoOccasion4759 ESH you could have tried to deescalate the situation before resorting to screaming and calling names, in a conflict nobody asked you to interfere in. What was your biker neighbor doing?
  • 22
Rough Tension_2735 OP He was standing there having a panic attack. He doesnt do well with people yelling at him. I took him in right after and helped him calm down. Poor kid didnt know how to respond to the situation.

HoldFastO2 NTA. You didn't insult her until she called you a monster for allowing your kids around the bikes. Honestly, I don't see myself staying calm after that.

fairyjumping NTA. You were standing up for your neighbors who have been nothing but respectful. It's understandable to defend your community, especially when someone is being unreasonable
